NODNA is excited to inform its members about the Louisiana State Nurses Association (LSNA) Health Policy & Leadership Fellowship, a 6-month intensive program that offers an incredible opportunity to develop nursing leadership, advocacy, and project management skills with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and health policy techniques.
This fellowship is an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about leadership and policy-making to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

- Fellowship Goals: Strengthen nursing leadership and advocacy skills, foster DEI-focused initiatives, and collaborate with LSNA’s DEI Taskforce for statewide impact.
- Timeframe: Sessions begin November 22, 2024, and continue through May 9, 2025.
